Online branding, marketing material, website design and build for Glasgow's new fine art and antique auction house.
Glasgow's newest fine art and antique auction house, Mulberry Bank Auctions, took its name from the large house that stood on the site of its premises over 100 years ago. We worked with the team to develop a brand that would work well online and in print, capturing these traditional and modern elements.
When it came to online ambition, Mulberry were determined to engage their customers online through email, their website and interactive online services. One of the key elements of the website was the integration of Bid Master, the de facto system for managing auction catalogues. We customised many of the features that enable customers to search for lots, save lots, create bids and request condition reports. The addition of wanted lists notifies Mulberry customers when new lots become available.
We also used Umbraco for this project. The open source content management system was the ideal solution for a new company. It's flexible, lightweight and there was no ongoing license fee, giving Mulberry the control they needed over the content on their website.
"Metadigital have helped us to create a great website, specifically designed to work for our business. Despite our ideas changing more than once, they were happy to work with us to incorporate our requirements. Post launch, if we have had any problems they have always been quick to respond and fix them. I would highly recommend their services."
