The challenge

Prosperity Financial Solutions required new branding and a digital solution to replace the existing outdated design and content. The Prosperity management team wished to update the look & feel of the business in the eyes of their target audience (young professionals, married couples, empty nesters & retired individuals).

The solution

An initial workshop was carried out with Metadigital to ensure that we had appropriate insight into the Prosperity service offering and the aspirations of the business going forward.

Metadigital delivered a new brand identity (logo, strapline, typography and colour-ways) to help to reassure prospective customers.

Then we delivered a new website design to position Prosperity as a reputable and experienced service provider. Considered messaging and signposting on the homepage was designed to attract the right kind of prospect and drive conversions.

We helped Prosperity form a strategic approach to data capture to allow them to build up an eCRM database (i.e. email marketing list) so that each time a form is completed on the website email addresses are captured for use in ongoing marketing campaigns.

A responsive framework to provide a better user experience across different devices (desktop, tablets & mobile). Up to 50% of users access Prosperity on these devices currently.

A website using the Umbraco CMS to allow non-technical staff at Prosperity to publish and manage content (service information pages, news articles, staff profiles, etc).

Finally, an ongoing support and maintenance agreement with Metadigital will allow the Prosperity team to treat digital as an ongoing element of their overall strategy.
